About Nogent-sur-Oise
Nogent-sur-Oise (pronounced Nogen sure Wahs) is a town of around 20,000 inhabitants about 40 miles north-east of Paris in the Oise département of France. Set in the glorious countryside of the Parc Naturel de Oise, it is close to the world famous Chantilly racecourse, beautiful Senlis, not far from the Champagne growing region and the series of World War 1 battles fought along the Somme.
The railway station is located next door in Creil and a quick 40 minute train journey takes you past the Stade de France into the Gare du Nord in Paris.
